How do I read a bounce reason?

Open the event list, read the explanation under the recipient, and paste it to the customer. The same text is on the event page and on the platform API.

  1. Open Events for the cluster.
  2. Find the send. The face row shows the explanation under the recipient for every non-delivered face.
  3. Open the event if you need the SMTP code, enhanced status, or bounce classification. Raw payload dumps stay with Team Administrator.
  4. Paste the explanation. Add the next step when one is present.
