How do I report abuse?

Every PostShiba message carries X-Report-Abuse. That URL is the public portal. Operators can suspend the sender or the team.

PostShiba adds these headers on every outbound message, including SMTP, HTTP inject, and POST /sends:

  • X-Report-Abusehttps://www.postshiba.com/abuse/{token}. The token identifies the sending domain. An optional ?m= query is the message id.
  • Feedback-ID{tenant-slug}:{team-id}:shared:postshiba for mailbox-provider feedback loops.
  • X-MailerPostShiba.
  • X-Complaints-Toabuse@postshiba.com.

You can also open https://www.postshiba.com/abuse and fill the form by hand. Paste the From address, Message-ID, and headers if you have them.

A single-recipient send also gets a one-click List-Unsubscribe URL unless you set your own.

Reports are reviewed by operators. They can suspend that tenant (the sender) or the whole team. A suspended team cannot send until an operator resumes it.
